By accessing or using FunForge ("the Service"), operated by Fungsi ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FunForge is a Git-to-production deployment platform that allows users to deploy applications from Git repositories. The Service includes application building, hosting, deployment, and custom domain management features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a supported authentication method (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, host, or distribute any content that:

• Illegal Content: Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Criminal Activity: Promotes, facilitates, or engages in any criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, terrorism, or drug trafficking
• Harmful Content: Contains malware, viruses, phishing attempts, or any other harmful code or deceptive practices
• Abuse & Harassment: Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or bullies any individual or group
• Hate Speech: Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Child Exploitation: Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
• Adult Content: Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material without appropriate age verification and compliance with applicable laws
• Intellectual Property Violation: Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonation: Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely claims affiliation with any person or entity
• Spam & Deception: Distributes spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive content
• Privacy Violation: Collects or harvests personal information without consent, or violates any privacy laws

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero tolerance policy for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Terrorism and violent extremism
• Human trafficking
• Sale of illegal drugs or weapons
• Fraud and financial crimes

Violations will result in immediate account termination and content removal. We will report such activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any investigations.

6. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of content you deploy using the Service. However, you are solely responsible for all content published through your account. By deploying applications, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to deploy such content
• The content does not violate these Terms
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

7. Content Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Review any content deployed through the Service at any time
• Remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior
• Report illegal content or activities to law enforcement authorities

We may take these actions without prior notice when we believe it is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or the public.

8. Reporting Violations

9. Service Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNGSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fungsi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fungsi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
